You may request a return if:

The wrong product was delivered
The product is significantly different from the description or image

Due to the personalized nature of some products, we do not accept returns for:
Customised or personalised gifts (e.g. photo frames, engraved items, custom prints)
Perishable or fragile items (e.g. terracotta, marble dust items, soft toys)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

If your return is approved, we will process your refund:
To your original payment method (online payments)
As store credit or exchange (for COD orders)
💰 Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

Return shipping charges will be borne by KRAZY IMOTIONS only if the item is defective or incorrect.
For other return reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
