At KRAZY IMOTIONS, we strive to ensure that every product you receive brings a smile. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and hassle-free return and refund process.


🔸 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is significantly different from the description or image

📦 Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.


🔸 2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of some products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Customised or personalised gifts (e.g. photo frames, engraved items, custom prints)

  • Perishable or fragile items (e.g. terracotta, marble dust items, soft toys)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer


🔸 3. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process your refund:

  • To your original payment method (online payments)

  • As store credit or exchange (for COD orders)

💰 Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

🔸 5. Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by KRAZY IMOTIONS only if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • For other return reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


🔸 6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
